A: Outside diameter of the tube 6 ½-6 ¾ inches, but no larger than 6 ¾ inches. Package density per tube should be between 2 to 3 pounds depending upon the fiber content.

A: Based on a package of 2.5 pounds

A: We have the ability to matching colors using a 10 gram skein and can dye a single package for sampling purposes.

 

Q: How do you determine the price of a color?

A: Each color is custom therefore the price is based upon the fiber content of the yarn, classification of dyes used and the amount of each dye used to achieve the desired shade.

 

Q: Are any of your package dyed kettles subject to small lot surcharges?

A: Yes, any lot packaged dyed smaller than 500 pound carries a small lot surcharge.

 

Q: What is your typical delivery?

A: Typical delivery for established colors is about 2 weeks, which is dependent of the whether the yarn ordered is in house and the quantity ordered.
